The Xe-Pian Xe-Namnoy Power Company Limited regards the management of Health, Safety, and Environment as a core element of its corporate culture and fundamental to all activities during the operations of the Project.It is committed to the highest standard of Health, Safety, and Environmental Management and will strive to: (i) protect the environment, including the prevention of pollution, and (ii) protect the health and safety of its employees and the local community.
It will ensure compliance with its legal and other requirements, including health, safety, and environmental obligations in its Concession Agreement.
Health, Safety, and Environmental issue will be communicated internally and will be available to interested parties.
The Project will be operated in a way that responsibly balances health, safety, and environmental protection with its business.
Its commitments to Health, Safety and Environment will be achieved through the development, implementation and continual improvement of its management systems.
HSE objectives and targets will reflect periodic monitoring and reporting to top management.
