Welcome to the Xe-Pian Xe-Namnoy Power Company (PNPC)

The PNPC is a Lao-domiciled Company established on 23 March 2012 by the SK ecoplant Co., Ltd. (“SKeP”), Korea Western Power Co., Ltd. (“KOWEPO”), RATCH Group Public Co., Ltd., (“RATCH Group”) and Lao Holding State Enterprise (“LHSE”) to pursue the development, financing, construction and operation of the Xe-Pian Xe-Namnoy Hydroelectric Power Project (“the Project”). The PNPC is dedicated to making a world class hydroelectric power facility and to improving the living conditions of people in the Project area.

The PNPC works closely with the local people, all levels of the Lao government, its Korean, Thai and Lao shareholder companies, international financial and development institutions, and other partners in all aspects of the Project. The PNPC will continue to provide information on the Project available to the public and expand its social services to fulfill its social responsibilities to people in the Project area.
